Alkaline Veggie Broth

This broth is great hot or cold, and is great for a balanced acidic/alkaline diet.

Ingredients:

2 potatoes
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup veggie of your choice, chopped
1 1/2 quarts water

Directions:

Put everything together and boil for half an hour. Pour through a strainer and cool. Makes 6 cups
