Vegetable drink that makes a perfect snack. Filling and very very healthy.
Use a juicer/juice extracter. Put vegies through it and mix juices together. Serve in your favourite glass.
If a hot day, add iceblocks.
Yummy and nutritious!
For a variation (if you can't eat celery) try adding apple instead of celery. If you can tolerate milk, add some milk for a smoothie.
This is a great substitute for if you missed breakfast...make it up the night before, store in a bottle, then take when you leave the next morning if you didn't have time to eat breakfast. Contains everything your body needs to get through the day.
