1 cup Quick Oats,
1 3/4 Water
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar (optional) Can use less to your likeing.
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 whole banana cut into slices.
Mix quick oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar together in a bowl. Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Add Quick Oats mixture. Boil 1 min cover and remove from heat. After a few minutes stir in sliced bananas and serve.
makes about 2 servings.
