Cuban Fish
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs any kind of fish
Marinade:
¼ C fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ TBS olive oil
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano, dried
pinch salt, pepper, cumin
Directions:
Mix the marinade ingredients. Place fish in marinade for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray pan or place foil on pan. Place fish on pan. Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls of marinade over fish. Bake 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness.
