Spanish Rice
this recipe is very moist
Ingredients:
1 C rice (uncooked)
3 C (28oz.) tomatoes
3 C cold water (essential)
¼ C Nucoa margarine
2 TBS olive oil
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS salt
1 small can pimentos (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, put in a 9x13 glass dish. Cover. Bake 1 ½ -2 hours at 350
