Fresh Peach Pie


3 large peaches, sliced
2 large peaches, mashed
1 C sugar
3 TBS cornstarch
C water
tsp almond extract
2 TBS Nucoa margarine


Prepare a pie crust and bake. Let cool. Slice peaches into crust. Mix mashed peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and water together into a small pot. Cook 5 minutes, until it boils and thickens. Add almond flavor and butter. Pour over sliced peaches. Chill. Optional: Serve with icecream.
