Mandarin Chicken

This recipe can be made in 20 minutes or less!


1 boneless chicken breast
1 pkg ramen noodles per person
1 c water per package noodles
1 small zucchini or yellow squash sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 C La Choy’s Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 TBS peanuts
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained


Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Stir fry chicken with garlic and a little oil. Add water to skillet and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and noodles. Cook 3 minutes. Add flavor packet if desired. Serve with desired toppings. The chicken is a minor part of the dish. I never add more chicken when cooking this dish for four or six people.
