Brown Rice Crackers

Ingredients:

left over 'hull' of the rice that I strain from making rice milk
Olive Oil
Salt

Directions:

I make this with the left over 'hull' of the rice that I strain from making rice milk. I simply take the brown rice bran out of the strainer and spread it on a non-stick cookie pan, drizzle with olive oil and salt.. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

For a variation, I add 2 tbsp of brown rice flour and shape into different shapes, add maple sugar to the top and cook.
