1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pear, cooked and mashed (or plum, apricot, peaches)
Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours or over night...or don't! Spoon small amounts of dough onto a non-stick pan and press down with your fingers (Phoebe's favorite part!) Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes. Yummy!
