Carnival Potato salad

This recipe goes all the way back to 1964 and can be found in a book entitled 'Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers.'

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked potatoes, warm, cubed
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/4 cup sour pickle, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

Combine potatoes, pimento, pickle, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise, salt, and paprika. Chill. Serves 4.
