Pancakes

Very yummy, especially with fruit added.

Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups orange juice OR watered down soya milk.
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:

1)In mixing bowl,together flour,sugar,baking powder baking soda and salt.
2)In separate bowl whisk together orange juice oil and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients stirring with fork just until moist.
3)Heat pan over medium-high heat.
