Scrambled tofu varient 1

slightly asian varient of scrambled tofu.

Ingredients:

8 oz firm tofu patted dry
1-2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (can use something else too)
1 clove garlic
1/2c onion chopped
1/2c green pepper chopped
fresh parsley or cilantro chopped
1 tbsp braggs liquid amino or tamari
and seasonings of your choice

Directions:

saute oil, garlic, onion, and pepper. Add tofu in small chunks and parsely. Saute until all ingred. mixed, then add tamari and other seasonings.
serves 2-4
