quinoa stir fry

from prescription for cooking and dietary wellness, Balch & Balch


2 cups cooked quinoa
1 c mushroom
1/2c celery
1/2c carrot
1 onion
1/2 c cauliflower
1 c broccoli
1 red pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c sunflower seeds
2 tbsp tamri or braggs liquid aminos
1 tsp spike or seasoning of your choice
Omit any veggies you don't like.


Slice or dice everything as appropriate.
Saute vegetables, garlic, seasoning, and seeds in sesame or olive oil until cooked to your liking. Add quinoa and stir until warmed and mixed.
