Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

2 bunches broccoli
3 medium-sized potatoes
1 large yellow onion
2 veg boullion cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cut broccoli into pieces. Cut potatoes and onion into pieces. Put vegetables and boullion cubes into a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, turn down heat, and simmer until potatoes are soft. Puree soup in blender and put back in the pot on top of the stove. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer until soup is the right thickness.
