2 cups chopped, seeded watermelon
1 cup crushed ice
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh mint (optional garnish)
Combine watermelon, ice, honey, and black pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with mint. Serve chilled.
Note: if you wish, add 1 tsp lemon juice to bring out the sweetness of the watermelon. The flesh of the watermelon has a tendency to settle at the bottom of the glass. Stir well before serving.
