Lentils & Rice

Lentils mixed with brown rice and flavored with nutritious ingredients.


6-Cups of Water

1-Cup of Lentils

1-Cup of Brown Rice

1/4-Cup Onions (or to taste)

1-Tb Vegetable flavoring powder.

1-tsp fresh ginger

Salt & Pepper to taste.

1-Cup of raw sunflower seeds.

Any kind of cheese or cream cheese as desired.


Bring the water to a boil. Add the lentils, brown rice, onions, vegetable flavoring powder, ginger, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil again, cover and turn heat down to simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes or until the brown rice is tender. Remove from heat and add the cup of raw sunflower seeds and the kind of cheese you would desire (optional). Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator to use later.

This recipe is good for the small intestine and ideally is consumed for breakfast.
