Bean and Lentil Ezekiel Bread

1 cup water
1/4 cup red kidney beans - (cooked and drained)
1/4 cup lentils - (cooked and drained)
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tbs honey
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup barley flour
1/2 cup millet flour
2 tbs vital gluten
1 1/2 tsp yeast


Put all ingredients into the bread pan and push start.

You can use basic setting on your machine to bake this bread, with your own desired crust color. It also can be processed on dough setting and baked in a regular oven at 350-375 F until lightly browned and hollow sounding.
