a wheat free breakfast cereal (NOT GLUTEN FREE)
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
3 Tab. evaporated caine juice
pinch sea salt(optional)
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 tea.vanilla powder(Cook's is Gluten and wheat free according to the company as of 7/17/02.
-In a small saucepan bring (just to the start of boiling)
the water,powdered milk, caine juice, and salt STIRRING
CONSTANTLYover med-high heat
-Add oats and vanilla powder and continue to stir.
-Cook for 2-3 minutes after the full boil
Cool slightly and enjoy!
