Oat Bran Crackers

Ingredients:

1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oat bran
2 teaspoons butter or margerine
salt to taste

Directions:

heat oven to 350 F. pour boiling water over butter and oat bran. Add salt and mix well with a fork. Shape dough into two balls, and press each into a round flat cracker with your palm and lay them on greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 min., or until light brown. Serve hot with a pat of butter. Yield: two crackers 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
