Lime-Pineapple Relish

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped fresh pineapple or
2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs thinly sliced green onion
2 tsp grated lime peel
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
