I needed a sweet snack after a workout Monday. Went to the fridge, and there was a cooked yam, and a jar of applesauce...
1 medium to small yam, baked and completely cooled
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Remove yam skin, mash up in a bowl. Add applesauce and cinnamon, stir up well, enjoy.
