Flower and Fruit Salad with Banana Dressing

Ingredients:

Banana Dressing:
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 tbs ground nuts
1 tbs honey
1 tbs lemon juice

Flower and Fruit Salad:
Avocado
Broccoli
Tomatoes
Young Squash
Edible-podded peas
Watercress (for a bed)

Directions:

Make the dressing:
Thoroughly mix ingredients and let dressing stand for 15 minutes before using and Flower and Fruit Salad.

Make the salad:
Chop up vegetables as desired. Mix with dressing and serve on a bed of water cress.
