Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients:

1 bunch asparagus
1 small celery heart, only the innermost stalks
Small amount of sweet onion
1/2 avocado
Sun-dried tomatoes
Celery leaves for garnish

Directions:

Finely chop asparagus, celery heart, and onion and put in blender, add a handful of sun-dried tomatoes. Half an avocado. Blend until creamy. Garnish with the tiny celery leaves and serve with your favorite dehydrator crackers.
