Living Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of brazil nuts
1/2 cup of pine nuts
Juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs of red or white onion
3-4 stalks of celery
About 1 cup of carrots
About 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tbs of your herb of choice, such as rosemary
Cumin to taste
Optional: 1 small fresh tomato

Directions:

In your food processor, chop up all the above ingredients.

After you process the ingredients, stuff mixture into red and yellow peppers that have been cut in half lengthwise and de-seeded. Eat immediately or dehydrate for about 8 or 10 hours before eating.
