Carob Coconut Balls

A non-sugar fix.

Ingredients:

1/2 c malt sweetened carob chips
1 c shredded coconut
1 T oil
1-2 T soy or rice milk

Directions:

Melt carob chips in medium saucepan with the oil and enough of the soy milk to make it easier to stir. Add coconut and mix thoroughly. Let cool. Form into balls and place on a plate. Refrigerate until you need a snack!
