I don't normally like fish, but we all love this recipe. It's simple too!
Lemon juice (enough to soak in)
Cut the Halibut into 2 inch thick strips. Place in a dish and pour the lemon juice over them. Soak in the lemon juice for an hour (turn them over a few times during the hour). Pour about 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet and heat. Dip each piece of fish in the corn meal and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry until brown and crispy on each side.
