Apple Walnut Muffins

Wheat free, sugar free, dairy free. Healthy snack.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil ( braggs is good).
1/2 cup brown rice syrup.
1 tsp. vanilla.
2 eggs.
1 cup oat flour.
1/4 tsp. sea salt.
1 tsp. cinnamon.
1/8 tsp. nutmeg.
1 tsp. baking powder.
1 cup grated apple.
1/3 cup chopped walnuts.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in muffin tin. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
