Oatmeal Bars
Wheat free, sugar free, dairy free. Healthy snack for anyone.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil ( braggs is good).
3/4 cup brown rice syrup.
2 eggs.
1 tsp. vanilla.
1 1/4 cup oat flour.
1 tsp. baking soda.
1/2 tsp. sea salt.
1/2 tsp, cinnamon.
1 cup oatmeal.
1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350. for about 25-30 minutes.
