Date, Celery and Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 or 3 Californian dates, cut in halves
1/2 a stalk of celery, finely diced
Peanut butter
2 slices of wholemeal bread (or bread that you can eat)
Directions:
Spread slices with peanut butter, top with dates and celery, bring together and cut.
