Celery and Sultana Sandwich

Ingredients:

1/2 an avocado
1/2 a stalk of celery, finely diced
1 tablespoon of raisins
2 slices of wholemeal bread (or bread that you can eat)

Directions:

Mash avocado and spread both slices of bread. Mix celery and sultanas and spread on on slice. Bring both together and cut.
