ABC Health Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 spears of asparagus
1/2 an avocado
1/4 a raw beet, finely grated
1/2 small carrot, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
2 slices of wholemeal bread (or any bread that you can eat)

Directions:

Steam asparagus and mash. Mash avocado and spread on both slices. Mix the rest of ingredients and place on one slice. Bring together and cut.
