Gazpacho Orange Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 large tomato - chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
3/4 cup carrot juice
1T olive oil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup pecans
Grated beet
Grated zucchini
Chopped parsley or red pepper
Directions:
Blend first 8 ingredients. Then add grated beet, grated zucchini and chopped parsley or red pepper.
