Orange Dressing


1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil
1 teaspoon finely shredded H&S Florida orange peel
1/4 cup Florida orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper


NOTE: If you plan to use all of this zippy dressing right away, make it with either olive oil or salad oil. If you don't need the entire half cup of dressing, divide the recipe or use salad oil, as olive oil solidifies when stored in the refrigerator.


In a screw-top jar combine olive or salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, and pepper. Cover and shake well to mix. Serve with fruit, vegetable, or seafood salads. Makes about 1/2 cup.
