Carob Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond butter
1 1/2 large or 2 small apples (chopped)
2 eggs
2 tbs oil
1 1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup carob powder
1/2 tsp white powdered stevia
30 chopped almonds

Directions:

Puree almond butter, apples, eggs and oil in blender until smooth. Add flour, salt and powders and mix. Add almonds and stir. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake @ 325 for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
