Rainbow Salad

Ingredients:

carrot
zucchini
daikon radish
tomato
broccoli
cubed spaghetti squash

Directions:

Grate carrot, zucchini, daikon radish.
Chop tomato, broccoli, and cubed spaghetti squash.

Top with a bit of sweet rice vinegar or olive oil if
desired, but it really doesn't need a dressing.
