Raw Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1/4 - 1/3 cup oats
1/2 chopped apple
1-2 tbs raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs raw honey
Directions:
Place oats in a bowl or pan - cover with distilled water and let sit overnight (use pure unprocessed oats). In the morning, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and enjoy. This is so much better than cooked oatmeal.
