Candida Coleslaw

Coleslaw for those with candida


1 sm. head white cabbage
1 sm. head purple cabbage
1/4 c dill
4 large carrots

1 egg yolk
1/4 to 1/2 cup flax, pumpkin or other unrefined oil
1/2 tsp. applecidar vinegar
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
option (add almonds)


Shred cabbage/dill and carrots in food processor.
set aside.

blend the dressing ingredients and mix with cabbage ingredients.
serve chilled.
