I can't eat vinegar, so most dressings are out for me. This recipe is what I use on my salad.
1/2 cup oil of your choice (I use sunflower oil)
squeezed fresh lemon juice to taste
Salt-free salad sprinkle (Frontier makes a good spice called Salad Sprinkle)
Place oil in a small bowl, squeeze the lemon(s) into it, sprinkle with the Salad Sprinkle, then mix well. Spoon onto your salad and enjoy!
It will only keep in the refrigerator for a few days so don't make too much at first.
