Florida Oranges Slices
2 seedless Florida oranges, peeled (white pith removed), halved and sliced into rounds (not segments)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine Florida orange slices, sugar and vanilla extract, tossing to coat. Let stand one hour for flavors to blend.
