Fruit Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 lb dates
4 slices honey-dipped pineapple
1 cup almonds
1 cup Brazil nuts
2 cups pecans


Cream butter, add honey, eggs and vanilla and beat till thorooughly mixed. Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon together. Cut dates and pineapple into bite size pieces. Break nuts into small pieces. Mix creamed mixture and flour mixture together. Fold in dates, pineapple, almonds, Brazil nuts and pecans. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
