Energy Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs
1 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
Grind apricots, figs, dates and raisins in food processor, each ingredient separate. Add unsweetened coconut. Mix almond butter and honey. Combine the fruit mixture and almond butter mixture. Make into balls and chill in refrigerator.
