Our facility is free of gluten, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, soy, shellfish, fish and seeds. We do not bring any forms of these ingredients into our facility, not even in prepackaged forms. We realize, from our families own life threatening allergies, that handling prepackaged foods items that contain allergens could potentially result in the transfer of allergic proteins onto an otherwise safe package. Therefore, we only sell and package products that are free of the above allergens. Your family's safety is our number one concern!

Required For Preparation: Shortening, Water or Fruit Juice or Pie Filling, Flavoring & Coloring, as desired (A few drops of food grade glycerin can be added for a more glossy finish) Contains enough fondant to cover an 8” cake

This can be used to create professional icing that you roll out for a smooth and flawless finish. Use like play dough or sculpt into edible cake decorations. Or simply add pie filling, coconut milk or other pureed fruit and create items like cherry cordials, coconut creams, etc... and then dip in a dairy free/soy free melted chocolate (such as Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips) for a decadent treat.
